I would get her to an emergency vet sooner than Monday. When you take a cat there you can stipulate what you want done and thus control the costs. Even to take her in for a short "consultation" to assure you the swelling and rash are not life-threatening and can wait for your Monday appointment. A simple steroid shot might help the kitten over the weekend or starting an antibiotic a few days earlier to forstall a more serious problem.

Try Neosporin. It's a topical antibiotic but just a bit in the eyes provides some medicine inside until the vet can get to her. Can you call them and let them know it is worse? They usually are open half days on Saturdays and can put you on a waiting list there in the office.
Warm water compresses & cold to help swelling. Best get the Nurse to advise you exactly if you cannot be seen. Use Qtips in the eyes, just a dab remember. Keep her box really clean and she should stay inside. Isolate her as much as possible. Lots of TLC!! Warm blankies and love help alot. Like the Momma would do. I pray she is ok. You both take care. I rescued a kitten at the Humane Society they were to put down. He had bad problems respiratory wise. Boo Boo ended up blind but lived a great life. FYI Pet stores sell fish antibiotics that work but I can not tell you how much to give and too much would kill her. That's why I always swore by my Neosporin!

Oh no! she can't tell you that she's hurting... and her symptoms are so much worse now and since she's been suffering for some days, I don't think with her neck being swollen, which can cut off her air, that you can wait until Monday. See a vet as an emergencey ASAP! Good luck...

Aww, I have a kitty named Sasha too. I hope your Sasha feels better soon. I wonder if she was bit by something. My Sasha was bit by a flea once and she had the worst rash all over her body. Her hair started falling off in clumps and her skin was so red and flaking off. She was miserable. But, my boyfriends mom is a vet and perscribed her some steroids and she started getting better.

He needs to go to the vet. Even if someone here makes the correct guess about what's wrong with him, he needs treatment, and that MUST be done by a vet.

Can you get into the vet sooner? That sounds pretty awful.

Your kitty's got something very wrong with her. If you can, try to move her appointment up.
Good luck!
