Other than the others already mentioned, there is a zoo in Parker City (near Muncie) that is called Me's Zoo. It is a small zoo, but I liked it better than Indianapolis. You can feed some of the animals and they have more bears and cats than Indy. They also offer pony rides and camel rides.

Indy tourism web page should have that for you ft Wayne and maybe Evansville southbend theres like 9 listed the one in fill more is a petting zoo and is realy small not much there its more like a farm lot
