I have a dell restoration disc and it won't accept my product key. Help!!!?

i've entered the code in caps without caps, re-read the code, re-typed the code and nothing is working. i do not want to give dell more $$$. help me and get 10 points for yourself!

give dell a call and they should give you a new key or a new cd or something
