calls me names she beats me up when she cant have her way shes just tuff she almost broken my nose before im the oldest twin but she much bigger then me and taller then me.My mom wont do anything because shes a sissy.I cant tell my dad because he'll beat the crap out her and really hurt her bad i just want my twin sister to stop shes my twin and we were very close sister when we were little can someone halp me im afraid that she will really hurt me bad maybe even go so far as killing me i cant defend my self im way smaller than she is she beat me at every fight we get into so please someone help me!!!

You don't mention your age.
If she refuses to quit abusing you, and will not listen to threats to tell on you, then you will need to bring out the big gun to install a circuit-breaker into your sister so she will not continue to escalate this abuse. The threat of a fanny-whoopin' ought to be enough... at least the threat of a second beating.

This is about setting boundaries, which is tougher to do when you never had any boundaries to begin with.

You need to do what you can to put some distance between you two. See if you can spend as much time as you can at a friend's house... studying and such. If you two share a bedroom, see if there is another room you can have.

Get some dirt on her and blackmail her to stop hitting you and hurting you and if she don't, the very next time she bothers you
go to your Dad and tell him you need some help w/your sister.
If she is that bad you cant talk to her, maybe talking to your Dad is your best answer. Good Luck!
