Best: There are several that tie. One was winning over 500 bucks on a trip to Vegas. Another was winning 300 bucks on my birthday at an Indian casino in CA. The third was hitting 4 Queens and a pair of Aces playing Pai Gow Poker.
Worst: I never gamble money that I haven't already said goodbye to, and I'm pretty particular about where I gamble, so I really haven't had too many bad experiences, most of the bad ones have to do mainly with unfriendly dealers, who ruin the game for the players. I had one dealer that was so busy chatting up a regular that she made 3 major mistakes in half an hour.

my best experience was my second time at a casino. I had just turned 19 years old. I only brouhgt 5 bucks with me. I went straight to the black jack table. this oldman said that i should go to another table because there was already a winner. i didn't care. i played and i got a split and both we 21's. i kept playing all night and i won $150. so much for being a winner at the table. he lost every single game he played with me. i was bold or naive to hit on a 17...the dealer even advised not to do it, but i did and i even put more money on pot...i got a 4...i 40 dollars on that play....beginners luck.

One time I hit $5000. Dollars on a blazing 7's slot machine, another time playing roulette my numbers were coming out alot and I won $1500. in around 20 minutes. A bad time was lossing over $1000. at a casino.

Best: Left the Blackjack table $51 up. That win helped me buy a nice dinner that night.
Worst: Lost $60 on mostly penny machines. This coming after I swore I'd never play them. But I've seen everyone in my party win $200 plus on them, so I gave it a try.
Also wanted to add.....The very worst maybe. I bet $20 on a horse race. The horses I picked had to finish 1st 2nd 3rd. I picked 4-9-6. They finished 4-9-3. So close to win $6000 at my first time at the races. It kills me that I didn't win the $6000.

worst ---just losing--- however never took more than $40 with me so no big deal but it does put a damper on going back. Best experience ----watching my ex playing. He didn't know I was there as we were not on talking terms. He looked good in an off white safari suit. That was the last time I saw him alive as he borrowed money from the wrong people for his gambling problems and of course he couldn't pay so he was found dead (carbon monoxide) in his car. Glad I don't gamble.

I won $1,000 playing Texas Hold'em at the Reno Hilton during their Pot of Gold poker tournament in cash no limit game. It was great knowing I paid for all the expenses and more for my family's trip.
On my last day of my last trip to Las Vegas, I went to the Wynn hotel to gamble. I got a bad feeling that I should not play but went against it and lost a couple hundred that I should not have because I had a short period of time to play.

Won 45 k on a slot machine and on my birthday. worst experience was when i slipped 20 bucks in a slot machine won 7k with one push. mind you 20 bucks was all i had at the time. got the 7k from the cashier just about to walk out when suddenly i felt horns growing out the side of my head and decided to stay and give them back what they gave me in less than 1 minute. put 1k on seven numbers on the roulette hoping to win 35k. walked out like somebody ripped my heart out and shoved it in the drain. lol those days are long gone thank GOD.
