That way, we could have true free will, being able to do what ever we wanted to. That way, if we chose to serve him, it would really be a choice to serve, instead of just trying to get into heaven.
Wouldn't it mean more if you could do anything god could do, but you chose to serve him anyway? Doesn't making us powerless humans kinda imply that he doesn't have the leadership ability to keep other gods in line?

You have not thought this through all the way. God is infinite, which means without limits. If there were two gods who were equal to each other, then neither one of them would be infinite. Why? Because neither could have power over the other. If there is someone you have no power over, then your power is not infinite. This is why there can only be one infinite God.
Although modern people like it when they think they have come up with brand new ideas about God, the fact is that we Christians have done a little bit of thinking on these things over the past 2,000 years, and you may find that there is very little that has not already been dealt with before.

If everyone was God, what chaos this existence would be. All fighting for power between eachother. Sucking up to God to grant a higher access level/position... etc., there could not be a system such as this without corruption. Imagine keeping watch on billions of other Gods. Who would want that headache? Powerless beings are much easier to control.

It's a nice idea, but there's a problem of survivability. If God created more gods- which he could- then these new gods might choose to destroy him, which of course he could not allow. An omnipotent being has to be insane to create more omnipotent beings, because in doing that you basically let the biggest possible cat out of the bag.
Instead, it would make more sense to create beings which hold no power over God, but which otherwise have the capabilities to do as they wish and create whatever they choose to create. In turn, they might create more beings, which could not harm them or the original creator but could affect everything 'under' them. With an omnipotent original creator, all this is quite possible.
But of course, to be able to exercise free will, the new beings might have to learn from the bottom up how to use their powers. Some of them, unable to recognize how to defend themselves, might be destroyed by others or accidentally by whatever environment the original creator has made for them. the original creator might have to make many sequential generations of these beings before they realize their potential and become gods under God. In fact for all we know...these beings might be US. Hmm...

Does god enable us to age? Dude, who actual makes the choice to get old and wrinkly and wracked with Alzheimer's? greater like god doomed us to age. And, you're for sure particularly youthful. there's no longer something like the "information of age" to grant one the astounding to being a cranky old individual. believe me.

Everyone would spend their time killing others - and never trying to gain enlightenment. (what ever that is needed to reach heaven, I mean.)
Pick on lesser powerful and basically be pain in GOD side.
GOD would wipe the slate clean and start over in pure sadness.
