I could help you out by lying and saying you are ugly as sin.
Would that lesson your pride?
If yes then I'm glad I could help.

I struggled with this for some time (not my being beautiful but the pride thing of admitting what you have). It is not pride to admit your beautiful when you really are as long as it's not a gloating thing.

For instance, I gave my life to Jesus when in prison and shortly thereafter went into the ministry and I have been in the ministry every since. I have always battled with a low self esteem. I am not good at very many things. There is one thing I am really good at and that is ministering to people and in doing so I am also very strong and good with the Word of God(I know it very well, have a balanced perspective of it, and I can present it in a profound way). I know the Word better than most. I finally came to the place that I could admit it and say that I am one of the best as far as the Word goes.

What I am trying to say is, it is not wrong (pride) to admit the truth. To do otherwise is to lie. In fact, without some ego nothing would ever get accomplisshed. Motive or the intent of the heart is the key.

God bless!

What does pride have to do with being beautiful. Only if you use it in a negative way, as in self absorbness. (Like Satan became.) Some of the most beautiful people I know are not prideful. You didn't mention if you were talking about beauty from within, or outwardly beautiful.

Beauty is only skin deep...so sayeth the parents of the children lying in burn units across the country.

In other words the only beauty that we can control is inner beauty.

God bless those little children that suffer so much.

Beauty is not on the outside; but on the inside. It is how a person feels and behaves that make them beautiful or ugly.
If a person looks great on the outside, but is selfish and/or mean on the inside; they are very ugly.
So don't put so much pride on your outside. Believe only in God, Jesus, and truth.

Try gluttony. As you enlarge, you will discover your pride diminishing proportionately.

welll lol
Just look at Paris Hilton, she is attractive but she is a total airhead and no one with the IQ of an insect has any respect for her,
Get over yourself, it is your brains that will gain respect, not a cute nose.

You probably think that song is about you.

J/K. It's OK to be aware of your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
