i weigh about 190 and i wanna weigh 160 by the end of this year. can someone help me with a workout? i would really appreciate that! Thanks!

You will actually need a combination of diet and exercise not just exercise.

For exercise, look at the main page at the site below, They have a workout schedule that might be what you are looking for.

In addition you will need to watch what you eat. Rely on fruits, veggies, 100% whole grain breads, non-fat dairy (if you are using whole milk products now switch to 2%, then 1% then non-fat), this will make it easier to accept the non-fat products. Then add lean meat and eat plenty of green salads.

Try to be honest with yourself about junk food and how much of it you may be eating.

Warm-up 15-20 minutes of jogging/bike. Then
1.Work shoulders 10-15 reps. No rest
2.Work chest 10-15 reps. No rest
3.Work biceps 10-15 reps. No rest
4.Work triceps 10-15 reps. No rest
5.Work back 10-15 reps. No rest
6.Work quads 10-15 reps. No rest
7.Work hamstrings 10-15 reps. No rest
8. Work calves 10-15 reps. No rest
Rest 2 minutes.
Do steps 1-8 4 or 5 times
Then treadmill 15-20 minutes doing 2-3 minute intervals.
Do 4 or 5 sets of situps.
Sit in sauna.
Do this every other day.

so your goal is to loose weight; then run run run jog jog jog walk walk walk; but mainly RUN. 5 days a week & eat HEALTHY & you'll loose weight in no time. GOOD LUCK.
