well, actually, lots of kids who are sexually abused convince themselves that they are the ones that did the seducing. this helps them keep a semblance of control, as if they are not the victims but the ones in charge.
the paedo's use this in reverse, saying... the kid seduced me... thus "clearing" themselves from guilt.
