I have ordered an iphone and it was traced all the way from MIAMI airport,it then said it landed in britain.and then There are no any track record update on the usps track website.Do you think it might be out of customs now and not being traced further,or does it really take this long with special airmail delivery claiming to be be 2 to 3 days..cos the tracing site has not been updated and it claims to be in customs still!and finally who will it be who delivers it?royal mail?

Yes Royal Mail will deliver it and probably charge you somewhere in the region of 30% of the value of the package too. Thats almost certainly why its slow - you are about to be clobbered by customs duty. Sorry :(

Hi, You may have already received you iphone by now. If not, go onto the Parcelforce website and put in your USPS tracking No. when parcels get to the UK Parcelforce give them another number. You can track it all the way home then. (or get frustrated by the length of time it's stuck in custom lke me!)

Customs in any country and take as long as they want to clear anything. Ive seen things sit in customs for up to a month before customs clears it. Ive also seen customs confiscate items - just because they can. Just be patient and hopefully it will clear soon, don't try to call customs because the more you bother them the longer it will take to clear.
