No. Mice don't even have the higher reasoning power to understand why you bit him/her. And frankly, putting your mouth on a mouse is unsanitary.

im guessing that will lead to more aggression, poosibly a nasty yellow liguid in your mouth and a seriously hurt mouse, i would say no unless you want a half dead mouse that will hate you forever, dont blame, mice test with there mouths and your hands might of smelled like food, wash them first thouroughly (no soap, that makes them smell like food too) and he will get used to you
