Before you learn how to load it, you need to learn some basics about gun safety. It's easy to hurt or kill yourself or someone else if you don't abide by a few simple rules. If you know anyone who owns guns, and is mature and level headed, ask if he'll show you a few things. Or, take it to a gun store, they should be willing to spend a few minutes with you, especially if you buy some ammo.
The link below has a good list of safety rules. But it's always more helpful to have a knowledgeable person show you the ropes.

From your description I think you are referring to a Semi-automatic.22 Rifle with a magazine tube under the barrel. The end of the tube towards the barrel end should have a knurled knob on the end that twists around. Twist it and pull the brass tube. It should come partway out and that in turn expose a bullet shaped cutout that looks like a bullet. You can load additional 22 shells in this cutout, and they should always face towards the barrel end (Same Direction) once filled/full (12-16 bullets) you push the brass tube back into the gun and twist the knurled knob to lock it in place. With one pull of the bolt, a shell will be chambered and you are ready to shoot.......
As others have suggested I would let another person who is familiar with functions of a 22 semi automatic rifle to be present when you attempt this. If not take the gun to your local Gunsmith to be shown how it's done safely and correctly.....

Deuce,
You were excessively rude.
You are 100% right, but you said it rudely.
Kid,
You need to put the rifle away and don't pick it up again until you can attend a Hunter Safety Education Class.
If you don't even bother to tell us the brand, and don't know enough to figure out the action-type, you are entirely too uneducated to handle a gun. So put it down before you hurt yourself or someone else!
Take the Hunter Safety Class, it will teach you safe gun handling, and some basice instruction on how to shoot, plus some information on the legal side of shooting. And before you ask, you can't get this education on-line. It requires hands on training by someone who knows one end of a rifle from the other.

Before you attempt to do anything with the Rifle find another person who is familiar with this Rifle to instruct you properly as to safely handle & load it.* I think that person should be an adult over 21 years of age.*

If you can't reload a .22, you need to get some lessons from a mature adult that can teach you the safety involved. You should not be loading this gun at all!

First, drop the caps. It's quite rude, thank you.
Second, sounds like you got yourself a pump-action rifle here, and if you couldn't identify that, let alone READ THE BLOODY STAMP ON THE BLOODY BARREL, you have no business owning that rifle in the first place. RTFM, mate. Or give it back to your mommy so she can lock it up before you shoot yourself, or worse: someone else.
Third, I'll humour you. It has a magazine. It's tubular and under hte barrel. There is a plug you can unscrew at the end of the mag and when you pull it out you will find a spring-loaded tube. That is the magazine follower. You insert the rounds in the tube, re-insert the follower and then you are in business.

Take a gun safety course first since you are inexperienced, go to a local gun shop and ask them about safety and how to load it. It is hard for us to tell you without knowing what gun you have.... there are many types of .22's.

Yikes!
Sounds dangerous. I would take it to a gunsmith.
Some rifles are single shot, others have magazines. Whatever you do, don't shoot 2 bullets at the same time, you'll probably get hurt or killed.
Also, it should have a brand name and model number on it somewhere... look closely.
