i was told to call brinto nicole whom is on my friends that is the number she gave i am wanting to know if it is real

First of all, you didn't put a number. How are we supposed to tell you if it's real or not?
Secondly, have you tried actually CALLING the number?
Lastly, do your parents know you're trying to call people who you've met on-line? Go outside and play for a little while or do your chores.

Well, it very well could be - most of the numbers in the world use 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, so if it has any combination of those "symbols" the chances are pretty good it is a number.
There is also a possibility of it being a number if it uses these symbols: I V X L D C M - these are what are known as 'rooman numerals' and also indicate numbers.
