It depends on the level of observance of the congregation where you will be attending and if you are Jewish or not. Someone from the congregation would be better suited to answer your questions.

The following is the custom of our congregation. Clothing should be simple, wearing black should be avoided, other dark colors are fine. At the very least wear a white kippot, no black kippots are permitted to be worn. Tallit should be worn as per your personal custom for to obtain proper concentration. Leather shoes should be avoided, canvas is prefered.

You should probably wear something which you would wear for an important business meeting, except for the shoes. It is forbidden to wear leather shoes on Yom Kippur, so rather wear sneakers or alike.
