two things are my pet peeves
first - burnt out light bulbs - I know I am the weirdest person on the planet - but there's a spot for a bulb and it should light up when you turn it on - the only light out in the house is the hallway light and that's because the upstairs neighbors used to live in complete darkness....... I got sick of buying them light bulbs
second - well people who have "issues" with the concept of driving - especially the guy who gets 2 feet off of my bumper while I am passing - OK so I'll go 70 then - still 2 feet off my bumper - OK 75 - 2 feet off my bumper - OK 80 and I'll move over after the semi - still 2 feet off my bumper - OK passed the semi back in the right lane and 65 - hey guess what? a**hole is STILL 2 feet off my bumper
I mean I understand the left lane is for passing and I am firm believer that if your in the left lane you need to s**t or get off the pot - but don't follow me into the right lane and ride my butt - go around
plus tailgating is the worst thing (although I have done it once or twice myself) @65mph you go 95 feet per second. So, if my tire blows and I only slow to 60 (88 FPS) and you have a very quick reaction time of 1 second and hit your brakes - that means in that second you traveled 7 feet more than I did and 7 feet minus the 2 feet between us = you hit me

Besides the obvious drunk and reckless drivers, my pet peeve are the drivers who don't turn on their turn signals (indicators, to you Brits) until well after the manouver has begun. This is WORSE than useless because the driver usually thinks he HAS given a proper signal and adequate warning to other drivers. Because he is unaware that he does anything wrong, he moves into positions in an unsafe manner.
A driver who cautiously looks around and, otherwise makes a safe lane change or turn, without a signal is actually much safer.

People parking in disabled spaces when they are not disabled or parent and child spaces when they don't have any kids!
Also people who cut corners when they can't see what's coming round them and still drive like they are in a formula 1 race!

For me it is people that drive about with their fog lights on (front or rear) when it is not foggy..... maybe it is foggy in their heads.
You know the sort of person.... driving along with front foglights on thinking that these driving lights (they are not driving lights they are too low to be and have the wrong beam pattern... they are flaming FOGLIGHTS you tw*t) look cool, or the ones that wonder why that switch on the dashboard is lit up.... you know the one.... the one with the FOGLIGHT symbol on it..... AAAAAAAAAARGH!

the number 1 on my list is driving on a cell phone; these idiots become 99.9% blind, and drive about as bad as a slightly drunk driver.
then add: those that 'conveniently' dont see us, and turn right in front of a bike. those that tailgate a motorcycle are potential killers....u'll have no way of brakin it down if we are forced to clamp down hard on the brakes. give us room.......we can easily stop in half the distance it takes u.
there's alot more but i wouldnt have the room to list em.
