You CAN be formally excommunicated, depending on the sect. This would have the same effect, namely no longer being recognized by that particular denomination.
Here are a few pages on it, regarding Catholicism. The first link is especially informative:

I see some people asking "Well what would be the point? If you don't believe in that religion, then the baptism didn't mean anything." True, but I can understand wanting to "formalize" one's change of religion with a symbolic action of sorts. It does kinda bug me that there's a file cabinent in some church somewhere that still says I'm a Catholic.
Oh and Satanic baptisms by the way do not include blood or an "un-baptism". People who say otherwise have been watching too many tacky horror movies.

If you don't believe in the Hebrew god, what does it really matter if you were baptized? Logically, one cannot be "Unbaptized" as it has already happened! It's like trying to get rid of that wild and crazy weekend - no chance, unless you have some abilities of time travel or something.
I suggest you "re-baptize" yourself. Baptism is a pagan type ritual anyway - washing away negativity. Just do it in the name of the god or goddess you prefer. Or just use the simple element of water instead of a god.
If you're Atheist, you were baptized to a god you don't believe existed anyway, are you that hard on yourself when you look back on your childhood make believe friend? If this is the case, don't concern yourself with it!

Take a look at Jacob and Esau. Both were circumcised, but God did not accept Esau's circumcision. He was a "vessel made for dishonor." Baptism replaces circumcision. If you are not Christian, you don't have to try to un-baptize yourself. It's irrelevant, baptism isn't a free ticket to anything, it's not hocus-pokus, it's not AT ALL about you. The rite is owned and operated by God.

Instead of getting unbaptized, just get rebapized. The Bible contains an account where several people who had been baptized by John, Jesus' cousin got rebaptized. (Acts 19:1-7)

But if you become unbaptized then witches will come and get you and boil your fat to make flying potions!! (I got unbaptized and it happened to me three times. Luckily, I happened to have a bunch of extra fat...).
Actually, wouldn't excommunication be the same thing as getting un-baptized?

Really, why do you care?
If you don't believe in god/gods, then baptism is really something you don't even have to concern yourself with.
So your parents loved you enough, they wanted to ensure that you went to heaven with them, which is what they believed. Big F'n deal....
So now you don't think there is a reason to be baptized. So don't worry.
If it truly matters, go to a church and asked to be ex-communicated, some paper work that 's all.
I was baptised, and I'm an atheist. What do I care? A pledge to a make-believe god, is the least of my concerns, when there are people starving out there. I put my energies where it's needed.

Yes, If you sin wilfully Jesus is no longer your sacrifice.
Hbr 10:26 ¶ For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Hbr 10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Oh my gosh!! If you dont believe in God then there is no need to be "un-baptized". To be saved you have to be aware and make the committment to live your life in Gods likeness. Dont worry. God isnt going to pack you kicking and screaming to Heaven. If you dont want to go. You get the first class ticket to hell.

you were not babtized regardless of what you think happened
babtism is a public proclamation of your desire to follow Jesus.
What happened to you, is you had some water thrown on you, and your parents said they would raise you right.
babtism is very specific, it is a technical term, that means to stain purple. The process is so complete that you can not destroy the cloth without destroying the color or destroy the color without destroying the cloth.
since you did not confess Jesus is LORD or confess your sins, you were not babtized. At best, you had a lousy experience and at worse, exposed to microbes in the water.
