Until U stop torturing yourself and understanding that all these diets don't work, you have alot more unnecessary pain to go through. I spent a life time of feeling unattractive (in reality I was beautiful) fat, and just not happy. I would go on binges and than go put my fingers down my throat and puke it all up. It's truly nasty what we do to ourselves.Get outside and clear your head.Begin there, cause U need to give U're body some love, girl.Do U think U deserve to be treated bad. Some where U got some messed up signals. Give it some fuel. Exercise. The word DIET isn't allow in my house. I have good veggies all prepared and ready to munch on. I watch my calories, and get some fresh air each day. My eating disorders have subsided but I have to keep an eye on things. Get some food in you, you can do this.

the only proven way to lose weight is to eat right and work out. Please see someone, you need help. Eatting nothing in two weeks, is not cool. Do you want to die early? Or just look good. If you want to look good then what looks better.....a woman how looks like those freaky things in the new harry potter movie, or a woman who is curvy? For me its the curvy woman. Not only will you feel better eatting healthy foods and working out you will achieve the figure you are looking for. Your young and its easy get into shape. I dont mean to ramble on and on but there please I hate to see anyone become a victim of what you are facing. Get up get some food in your belly and work for what you want. I really hope this inspires you to do this the right way.....I just hate to see people waste away.

Your body thinks it is being starved (which it is!) so it will hold onto every ounce of fat and weight it has. If you are trying to LOSE weight you are going about it all wrong and putting your heart and the rest of your body in grave danger.
It's a matter of mathematics - simply eat and exercise but eat fewer calories than you burn. NOBODY ever got fat eating veggies and they're full of nutrients, so eat veggies if nothing else.
This may give you some ideas about what to eat so you can be healthy but still lose weight and feel good. (recipes, meal plans and more)

You don't have to worry about making yourself ill at this point, because you already are. From the sound of it, you're suffering from Anorexia nervosa. Seek help right away! Go to someone and tell them you need help, a doctor, parent, older sibbling, anyone who might be able to help. That includes a counselor or teacher if you're still in school.

There is nothing like being health and fit. You should think of your health first then everything else follows. With out your health there is not quality of life. There are lots of twist and turn, peaks and valleys in life. This is normal, everyone will experience this, it helps builds character. Get help and focus on yourself for now.
Drink water, and slowly introduce healthy food to your diet. Make sure you do not intake too much sugar, your body may freak out. I hope things work out for you.

Your body is trying to tell you something....EAT. If you're trying to lose weight by starving yourself, your body will react, you will gain back more weight than you started out with. Eat sensibly and exercise...that's the right way to lose weight. At the rate you're going you will make a good looking corpse.

Kiddo, you need help now not in the future. You need to go to the hospital and get rehydrated, and get yourself some counseling. Something is making you refuse to eat and you need to work through that. Why do you not want to eat? Your body needs fuel to run. Not eating is a sure fire way to kill yourself.

You need to see the doctor. You may eventually get to the point when your body will totally shut down assimilation of any nutrients. Try doing something meanwhile like nutritious shakes or drinks to sustain your health. Take care!!

What are you trying to do, kill yourself? You need to EAT in order to LOSE WEIGHT, otherwise your body has no energy to burn the calories that it doesn't need! Stop being a vain pain in the ***, have a pizza, then look up a healthy eating plan you are actually willing to stick to.
