Very difficult to say. I had a couple of thoughts but when I typed them I could see how they could easily just look plain nasty. For example "Rather you than me" or "Good luck - you'll need it!" No matter how funny you may feel your remark is, you will need to bear in mind that your very good friend or her family may not see it the same way. Go with this only if you are totally confident your friend will not take it the wrong way.
