Neuter him, and the testicles won't be so hard to not notice. Plus, you don't want to stop your dog from licking himself..........it's his way of keeping clean.

You do not want to stop him because this is how they stay clean. If their is a discharge in the area or they don't look right bring him to the vet he may have an infection. This is normal and every male puppy will do this even adults

You could lick them for him. That way he'll keep them clean AND perhaps find a little pleasure in his sad brutish existence.

Why do you have to stop him? He's just cleaning himself; part of his animal instincts. If it bothers you that much consider having him neutered (which you should strongly be considering anyway if he is not meant for breeding).

Get one of those big hoops to put around his neck that they use when dogs pick at their stitches!
