the International Powerstroke would probably win they are the most powerful and lighter. The Cummins is a lot heavier and Dodge pickups get the worst gas mileage because they are the heaviest.

The dodge is a 5.9 maybe 200+ hp the ford is 7.3 300 +hp Get a newer 5.9 325hp dodge and there is no race Dodge all the way>

Depends on the engine governed speed, the overdrive ratio and the differential gear ratio.
Whichever engine turns faster, and has the fastest OD ratio, and fastest rearend gears will win regardless of horsepower.
If you have specific trucks in mind, run 'em and see.
When you get through you haven't really proven a thing, because that is not how the worth of diesel trucks are measured.
