You can be brainwashed to think anything. If you are told something long enough, eventually you become it. Unless you are someone stubborn and fiesty like me.

the answer is simple look around you creation shouts his existence the bears sleep all winter long and awakens in the spring,after the first frost all plants die in the spring,who do u think gives them life,evolution sludge came up from the water and spoke its self into being a bird a dog, a cat a horse and so on what about the varieties of each specimen and if we evolved from monkeys then why do we still have them? As achristan i can say this to you,i would like you to ask. if you would just speak into the openess and ask out load with an open mind jesus if you are real make yourself know to me.

We who are born again christians have had a real conversion experience. It is impossible to become what we were before that conversion. To quote a modern idiom
"We have moved on".
We don`t think God exists--we know He does.
Our "reason for being" as it were, is to communicate the gospel concerning Jesus Christ to whosoever will listen and respond.
We do not force our belief down your throat as some folks seem to think, we just tell you and then pray that the Holy Spirit will convince and convict you.
How do you think I was converted?
Not by some "religious nuts", they were the folks who told me about the Lord. It was the Holy Spirit who converted me.
Likewise in my "singleness of mind" I tell all of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh to the Father but by me (Jesus Christ).

History testifies that humanity has a religious nature, believing that God exists is just being human. However some of us choose to ignore God and worship only what they can see with their eyes, or possibly themselves. The heart of everybody will focus on a god of his choice.

Suppose you lived in a cave with a bunch of other people.
You walked outside the cave and saw a big ball of fire in the sky and you decided to call it the "SUN".
You told some people about it and they walked outside and saw the SUN, and then they told people.
Some people refused to walk outside of the cave and denied the existence of the SUN. There was no reason to look since the SUN did not exist.
You have a proven experiment that is simple and repeatable.
All anyone has to do is be willing to face their fears and walk out into the light of the SUN, but, some people refuse and others claim they tried and it didn't work.
Pretty simple example.

For the same reason that Atheists are one-track minded that God does not exist.
The religious have Faith in God, Atheists have just as strong a Faith in their belief that God isn't real.

Well if one minute they thought He existed the the next minute they changed their mind they would then be an agnostic. We either believe or we don't. Atheists don't believe so I guess they are one track minded too....wouldn't others agree ?

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!
Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!
Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?
My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:
Do you know how to play safe?
Non-believer's case:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...
Believer's case:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...
Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?
