i personaly think china should kick them out of there country for not posting the proper standards in paint and one china man has killed himself

China should pursue criminal charges against the Mattel executives since it led to the suicide of a Chinese national. They should also put sanctions on Mattel and force them to pay additional permanent fees. If Mattel balks, China should just sieze their assets and continue making Mattel brand toys and undercut Mattel on world market. I hope Mattel pays dearly for outsourcing to China in the first place.

China wrote the apology then insisted that Mattel deliever it or face financial ruin by threatening to abruptly cancel all its contracts with Chinese companies, halting shipments of products already bought and paid for, and otherwise disrupting Mattel's business immediately before the beginning of the Christmas toy selling season.
So its hardly likely that they would refuse to accept the so called apology.
Mattel may face ruin anyway since American consumers have finally become aware that products made in China are unsafe and a mass movement to reject Chinese made goods is beginning to develop widespread support.

2 people committed suicide, one of them is a chinese manager, he made sure he paid his 5000 workers salary and hung himself!
The manufacture plants are closed and thousands of people lost jobs because MATTEL didn't get the facts straight!
