Start off naturally antioxidants have a natural like the vitamin goes in your skin so yah it's a natural sunblock eat strawberries, blue and black berries oh and green tea with low sugar or non spritzed with some orange for flavor cold or hot both taste good. And always use sunblock too I use on my face Doves 15 uva/uvb for the day even when ur inside these things prevent premature aging and are healthy for you also lots lot's and lots of water. So first think natural then think oil of olay and all that. You might want to search more on WebMd. Hope this was helpful OH and strawberries not only are good for aging but good for whiter teeth hehe!

Never too early, but it can be easily too late. Tan less, try to de-stress whenever possible, worry about the UVA (Ultra Violet Aging rays) and the UVB (burning rays) from the sun. If you don't have a balanced diet or eating habits by now, try suppliments and vitamins. Exercise, the healthier you are the more gracefully you'll age. If you're worried about wrinkles, try the Olay face creams. Hope i've helped! SMILEE.

I've heard it's about 25 but 21 is probably ok.
Artistry has a line called "Time Defiance". I use the daily skin care system and my skin has never looked better! They also have other products like eye cream and a botox-substitute called "Derma Erase".
Their products have been clinically proven to reduce wrinkles by anywhere from 40% to 80% (depending on the product). They aren't available in stores but I get mine at www.jewel.mychoices.biz

Definitely not. A rule of thumb is to definitely start by the age of 25, but at 21, you can get a head start. Don't use harsh soaps on your face, always moisturize, and always use sun screen. Eating well keeps you from aging as well.

I am almost 26 and I can see the beginnings of crow's feet....tiny little lines around my eyes. So I started using some eye cream that my mom recommended. As for the rest of my face, I still break out easily and have to be extremely cautious of products. So I haven't done much there, except a light, oil free sunscreen designed for the face.

You are never to young to start fighting the aging process. Be sure to use a make-up foundation with sunscreen.

Basically, start from the inside, make sure you are taking all the correct foods, antioxidants etc.. exercises"however not too excessive, and not in too harsh weather like cold wind or hot sun etc.. that can damage your skin", balance your emotional and health life. Keep away from harmful sun rays, use good creams, don't smoke or be around smokers, same goes for drugs and you should be just fine. :)
