I believe the Bible.
I believe God gave a perfect world to a perfect man and woman, but they betrayed their trust and they and their descendants came under the oppression of Satan, the cruel deceitful god of this age.
He has always been a Slanderer - first against God, but also against His believers, and he keeps the whole world in darkness.
He was exposed for who he really is when the Son of God came down from heaven, defeated Satan in every encounter, and then freely offered Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of men.
But God the Father raised Him again from the dead, and He sits exalted at the right hand of God. From there He awaits the perfect timing of the Father to return and take up His rightful throne, casting Satan out, and re-establishing peace and harmony to the creation. You can know Him today through repentance from sins and faith in the Gospel message. Call upon Him and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, which He imparts to all who obey Him.
"We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true—even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life."

God is a wonderful loving God. He loves us and gave us the free agency to choose right from wrong. We as humans, in this screwed up world that WE created, do have the choice of changing it for the better. He does care and would love nothing better for all man kind to love one another. Again, we are the ones whose chose to do the wrong things in this world. Diseases, destruction and other catastrophes happen as a way controlling the population in a sense. If we did not have all of these things, how could we all live on earth? where would the food, water, housing, land and other necessities to service come from for all the people on earth. We can barely survive with what we have now. These things are horrible but, we must realize that in the end, if we choose to live right, we will be back with God and Jesus Christ. This time on earth is just a probationary period for all man kind.

I believe that people have their own will and that it is up to the people to make the world bad or good. God creates you and you are supposed to do the right thing. God is not going to help you if you are a bad human being but he will if you're good from the heart. It up to you not God to chose your future and actions.

The question of why a righteous and loving God allows evil to exist is almost as old as the human race. Over 3,000 years ago, Job asked, "Why do the wicked live on, growing old and increasing in power? ... Yet they say to God, 'Leave us alone! We have no desire to know your ways'" (Job 21:7, 14).
Nor does the Bible give us a complete answer to this puzzle. Someday in heaven we'll fully understand God's ways—but not now. We live in a fallen world, a world where evil often seems to be in control. But that isn't the whole story! By faith we know that God still loves us, and His power is greater than all evil. The proof is Jesus Christ, who was put to death by evil men but rose from the dead by the power of God. Never forget this truth: Ultimately, God is in control, not Satan.
And someday God's justice and power will rule, and all evil will be destroyed. Satan will be bound forever, and Jesus Christ will reign over all the earth. In the meantime, we say with the Bible, "How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!" (Romans 11:33, KJV).
The real question, however, is this: Is your trust in God? In the midst of so much confusion and doubt in the world, have you put your faith in Christ, and are you seeking to follow Him every day? Make sure of your commitment to Christ, and then make it your goal to grow closer to Him every day.

Yes your right about so much wrong in the world, man has caused this not God, so why should God clean up our mess? People need to get up and do something about it like taking the blame themselves and then putting it right. Have you noticed how many people say they don't believe in God then blame God work that out??

All of that is the result of the Fall. God created the world in perfection, but he also gave us choices - to love him or to turn away from him. Once the wrong choices were made the world became tainted and imperfect. There is still good in the world, but it's mixed with evil. All of us are affected by it from the moment we're conceived, and so all of us appear filthy to God. That's why Jesus stood in our place, to take the consequences of corruption on himself so that we can appear blameless before God - exactly the way we were created to be. So, does he care? Yes. Enough to die so that you can live the perfect life you were meant to live, with him, in eternity.

First of all, God is STILL great. He never stopped being great.
Second, God did NOT create evil. Mankind blew it in the garden of eden. Everything that happens in this world is a result of the sin curse.
God remains perfect.......and He will redeem His own from the earth someday soon.
It's up to you to believe that. If not, you will suffer eternal seperation from the Lord and torment on that great & terrible Day.

Grow up! God created the world, but it's not his responsibility to make sure that everything goes right. He created FREE WILL, which means you choose your own path and you decide how things will be for you. Things are wrong with this world because of the people in it.

I am sure that one can believe in God without the presupposition that He cares about what goes on here.
