I am talking about the seriously persecuted. Right now, Christians are being seriously persecuted & being martyred for their faith in Christ.

Some in the US are also persecuted too much illegally.

As I have visioned the Christian Church from all nations standing up in unity, holding hands, agreeing together for our persecuted brothers & sisters in Christ.

That we can agree together to bind the terrorist torturers from hurting our sisters & brothers in Christ. And to loose the Christians from bondage. And that they be healed.

I did pray this way regarding the recent taliban hastage taking of Christians. God answered my prayer. But this incident made the news. That is why we knew about it. To also pray to expose Christian persecution in the news media more so the terrorist torturers will be found out.

As Jesus said that what we do for the least of His, we do for Him. That would be including all the orphans in Darfur & elsewhere & the widows. Also in the news the other terrorist leader is calling for more terrorist attacks in Darfur Sudan. While Osamah is calling for terrorist action against one of US friends.

I agree, ALL local churches should be doing this on a regular basis. Did you know that the Voice of the Martyrs is holding its annual Day of Prayer for martyrs and their families on November 11th? You can go to their web site for more information.

Yes Christians are being persecuted, tortured, imprisoned and killed for their faith.

This is especially true in communist and Islamic countries. If a person converts FROM Islam to Christianity, their sentence will most likely be death.

I don't want to offend anyone, but the sources listed below are reliable and well known.

Definitely, this has been an issue near and dear to my heart for nearly 30 years. That's when I began reading the monthly newsletter from what is now Voice of the Martyrs.

This video reminds me to pray for them:

nicely, there are some standard problems with that. a million) we're not all Christians. to boot to Hebrews and Muslims, there are Buddhists, HIndus and others who do no longer provide a crap approximately Jesus, there are atheists. 2) What approximately Muslims being heavily persecuted? in case you launch all the Christians from reformatory (see 3) then what approximately all the different non secular human beings? 3) And what if a individual SAYS they are non secular, yet does not act in accordance to their ideals? (See: Republican party, Democratic party) ought to they be permit loose of reformatory? 4) What if the guidelines of the U. S. variety from the guidelines of a particular faith? The Fundamentalist Mormans have self belief in polygamy. Its unlawful interior the U. S., how do we offer up 'persecuting' them; they are breaking the regulation of the rustic yet no longer of the religion. (And what approximately religions have been homicide is legal and required? The Aztecs had human sacrifices to their Gods afterall) in short, in case you think somebody is being taken care of unfairly, do no longer pass and say they might desire to be released because of the fact of their faith. Thats unfair to those being taken care of identically yet of a various faith. in case you desire to choose for all those persecuted that they might locate alleviation- then do it. consistent with probability even help close US prisons have been Muslims are being held w/o even an ordeal in case you fairly have self belief in what's right and not what's right to your particular team.

Ermm...there is more wrong with the countries listed than them "persecuting" Christians...I mean, North Korea! We all know how demented and twisted the laws are in half of those countries! They are scarcely representative examples!

Yes we should agree together in prayer for all those who are persecuted. The bible says pray ye one for another so that ye may be healed, now that is an amazing blessing.

You're right they are and I will join with you in prayer.
Kent Hovind who has a ministry of over 30 years has been unjustly persecuted and imprisoned by our Federal Government. He was allowing his workers to work under contract and did not have them on regular salary. Because of this he was accused of tax evasion. It led to an unrighteous sentence of 10 years! this for a man who never did anything wrong in his life and had no criminal history. His teaching on creationism got him hated, persecuted and despised and now he's ministering to people in prison. still it is unjust.

I'll pray ......good idea.
