It all started while drinking. She got really mad at him and he said some really mean things to her. We started talking and relating, and it led to us making out and doing other things. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but she seems to be avoiding me..Do you think it's because she wants to ignore the feelings towards me? Or is it because she is ashamed that it ever happened? Just please give me your thoughts.

She's probably ashamed that she gave into hormonal desires, and her urge to hurt her boyfriend by cheating on him.
You've just learned a valuable lesson - too much alcohol makes people do stupid things. It turned your friend's girlfriend into a cheater, and it turned you into a bad friend (for stealing your friend's girl). If you can't control your actions when drunk, then learn to control how much you drink so you don't do anythign else you regret.

I'd say there's a good possibility that she's having second thoughts about her behaviour, and is feeling ashamed. I wouldn't jump into any relationship with her. It appears that she's pretty easily persuaded to go off the deep end. Give her lots of distance, if you want to keep your friendship.
