yes you can take it with milk but is is surely not optimum. it totally defeats the purpose of taking whey protein if you mix it with milk.

whey protein fractions (concentrate, isolate, hydrosylate) are manufactured specifically to make a fast acting protein that is very easily digested and metabolized by the human body as well as being low in calorie and basically carb free.

when consumed with water or juice amino acids from whey protein can reach the portal bloodstream in 15-20 minutes. when you mix whey with milk that times goes up to around 1.5-2 hours

relies upon, in case you desire to characteristic some muscle and when you work out then combination the powder with water (considerable) in case you desire to easily consume a protein shake then i could combination it with milk. whey is the quickest soaking up protein, and water will help it deliver it on your muscle groups, making it the terrific ingredient to have after a piece out. Milk has the slowest dissolving protein this is termed casein. the only reason i could consume casein protein is on account which you're able to need your muscle groups to be fueled by using protein for an prolonged quantity of time. Oh and likewise, there is not any distinction between the flavour of the shake. (except its a distinctive type)

Sure can, but I advise you to try it with milk when you are at home and not planning to go public.
I use to mix optimum with milk, and it gives me bad gas, their isolation of whey (process of getting the whey) is very superior.
I can take any whey with milk besides Optimum, hopefully its going to change cause I am planning to buy a 10 pounder soon.
