I see where your coming from with this question ,as alot of people on your last post said you have no soul if your not religious.Im not religious either, I just think when your dead your dead,you dont go anywhere,its the end of the road.Soul is the principal of life,emotion,thought and feeling,you dont have to be religious to have either of these.In my humble opinion lol

Surely a soul either exists or it doesn't? If a religious person mysteriously has 'something' that a non-religious person doesn't, what is it? How can it be detected? What objective differences can be measured between the souled person and the non-souled?
It could be argued that everyone has a soul but non-religious people are not aware of it, but as this can not be proved or disproved, it's not a debate I'm particularly interested in!

I'm non-religious and I believe everything alive has a soul, if that's the word you chose to use. The universe is a living entity and we are a part of it, interconnected by everything we can't and haven't figure out. If everything existant is interconnected then we must have a soul of some sort to connect to. Y'dig???

yes, because " soul" is a religious term, for your conscience, as an Atheist you can not believe in a "soul" as this refers to spirit, something that goes hand in hand with theism

It's not about "religion" it's about "faith".
You're born with a soul, but to have it grow you have to have faith.
Jesus may have been born a Jew (the race) but didn't go by all of the "laws" of the religion. Thus, the spirit of God (soul) in human form that had FAITH in His Father and of no religion.

No, to qualify for a soul you have to be first a human being and secondly you must be alive.
