im 6ft 1 and weigh about 8 and a half stone. yes i know it s very light. ive always been naturally ridiculously skinny. however, is there a way in which i can keep my athletic (modest) skinny legs and still build up my arms and torso for example? also i dont want to have pecs i want to keep my flat top bitches :)

any help would be much appreciated.

Use weights with your arms only and this will build up your arm muscles. Using the same weight in a different way will build up other muscle groups. Never exercise your legs apart from normal activities and the will not build up muscle.

Its the LAST thing you want to do ....A top heavy body will just make your knees hurt ..plus it looks quite strange....my friend did this and now has had both this knee caps replaced due to the stress put on them.... Try a Good "Over - All " build ...hope this helps....good luck

holly cow!

6'1 and 112 lbs is crazy light for a male. you would have to gain about 30 lbs just to get to "skinny". do what ever you want to do exercise wise at that height and weight you don't have to worry about having big muscles anywhere on the body.

you should maybe try lifting weights but you will probobly still get a bigger chest but you should start with light weights so you don't injure yourself hopw that helps don't really know what else you could do

tone up your legs to match your arms but use more weights for your arms.
