A Dream - Please help me understand it?

Question

I had a dream last night, it was about birth of a baby and then
death of a man.

I'm afraid to think what it might mean, help me to understand it.

Ah, yes, the facts of life, natality and morbidity.

Real meaning, if any, is found in the details you didn't tell. Who was the man, how did he die, was there a relation to the baby, etc.

If I had a dream that I looked around a room and spoke to someone passing through, by these vague details it merely means that I can see, I wanted to be aware of my surroundings, and that I was sufficiently articulate and sociable as to speak to the person passing through. For real "meaning", if any, I would need to tell the details. Was I looking around out of an urge to understand my setting, or was I looking for something, or was it defensive, as in I was searching for enemies or hazards. As for speaking to the person passing through, was it "Hi" or "Who the heck are you and what are you doing here?" or what?

In your case, was there a connection between the birth and death events? Was the birth normal? Was it something you were merely told of, or witnessed, or participated in? As for the death, did you know the person? Watch him die, or merely told of his death? Were there details or merely someone saying, "Oh, and Fred died."?

Most likely, your imagination was merely living out a snippet of life as normal (to some degree or other). It may mean nothing more than that.

Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances. Alternatively, it indicates that whatever that person represents has no part in your own life.

To dream of your own death, indicates a transitional phase in your life. You are becoming more enlightened or spiritual. Alternatively, you are trying desperately to escape the demands of your daily life.

when we dream of people generally we are dreaming of parts of self...have you had a new idea or concept start to have meaning so that a small change...leading to a larger change. . the birth of a new idea
Have you recently let go a an idea that has been with you most of your life...one that is dogmatic...the death of an old idea

Maybe means that your about to change your life into a new way, sometimes we interpretate death as something bad, but what I read is that you're about to change for good, dunno maybe a new house, moving to a new state, new job, etc. and you'll have to give away your actual way of life.
