There was no "space" before God created it. God exists beyond your ability to comprehend.
Atoms are an interesting theory, and that is what atomic theory is, a theory. Very few people seem to realize that electrons violate the laws of physics by moving continuously. Electrons are in perpetual motion around the nucleus of an Atom.
God created atoms which violate the laws of physics and achieve perpetual motion.

I believe atoms will be in Heaven. I believe that God created Heaven, I don't know where he was before he created Heaven?

Well, technically, "Heaven" is supposed to be being in God's presence for the rest of your eternal life. Alternatively, "Hell" is being without God's presence for the rest of your eternal life.
So God didn't really "create" heaven, it's there because he is. (Theoretically.)
Secondly, atoms are technically a product of mortal life on earth. Since you can only get to Heaven by dying, I don't think there would be atoms in the purest sense in heaven. Just souls, which we don't really know the make up of anyway.

Well now, do you think God is made of atoms? This is a materialistic world and God exists in a different world where it's likely that God as Spirit is not made of atoms at all. So it's possible that heaven is a spiritual haven not made of atoms as we now know them.

Is it a possibility that our universe is likened to one of the billion or so cell structures that we know scientifically exist?Such as the multitude of cellular structures that make a human? I think yes, it is a possibility that we may be a very small part of something very big.
Where heaven is, or what it was before creation will be answered...eventually,
we are all dying to find out...
God works in mysterious ways.
If He made us out of cosmic plaque, it would be fine by me. If the "big bang" theory is true, it would be fine by me. It is not ours to judge. But, He gave us free will so we can be curious.

I ACTUALLY BELIEVE GOD SPOKE HEAVEN(THERE ARE THREE HEAVENS MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE) AND EARTH INTO EXISTENCE. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE DID IT JUST THAT HE DID. ALL THE THEORIES LIKE THE BIG BANG HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM THAT THEY LEAVE UNANSWERED. THE BIBLE TELLS US THAT GOD IS A SPIRIT SO YOUR DEFINITION OF HIM SETTING IN SPACE IS SENSELESS, SINCE THERE WAS NO SPACE BEFORE HE CREATED THE UNIVERSE. THIS IS TOO PROFOUND A SUBJECT TO EVEN BEGIN TO DISCUSS OVER THIS MEDIUM.

We only know what the Bible has told us. Anything else we would be stupid to answer, cause there would be no right answer. I can't say if there are atoms in Heaven, but God was first then EVERYTHING else.

In the Bible (God's Word), in the book of Genesis, it states quite clearly that God created the Heavens. I know it's beyond all of our finite minds that He is without beginning and without ending -- He is God!
