I dislike hearing Christian answers because there is so much lacking in the "why" department. They never ever explain anything, they just say what goes on.
I'm torn between ghosts and belief or not. Buddhist thought would have an explaination as to why a ghost exists which is basically a failing rebirth to occur (caught in between death and life (separate from being removed from rebirth, altogether)). There's more to it then that, but, I dont have time to type out a 60,000 word essay
Angels, I could only suggest an angel is of a higher "realm" but that all these realms exist, one cannot see them all (except for the animal realm which co-exists with us). I don't consider any of these realms "permanent" nor "heaven" to be permenant

I have had some strange occurrences happen to me. So about "ghost" , I have not made up my mind. I think that that is one of the things that I will just have to wait until I meet God to find out.
My brother died last year, and I believe with all of my heart that he communicated with me through a dream a couple of weeks after. At the time we did not know how he had died. He told me in the dream how he had died. About 6 months later, we got the autopsy and exactly what he told me was exactly what happened. I believe this to be a gift from God.
Also, I have had the feeling of someone sitting down on the end of my bed in the middle of the night. I am very lucid when this happens. And I am not scared, I just feel like there is someone sitting on the bed with me. So you come to the conclusion that you want to about this. As for me, I'll just trust God about it.

I believe angels and humans are two seperate beings. So I beleive that when you die your spirit does not return back as a ghost.

Angels and "ghosts" are not the same beings. Ghosts are nothing more than demons (minions of Satan) roaming the earth seeking to devour.

Ghost comes from and old English word for "spirit". As for Angels, they are spirits. So, there it is.

They don't believe in ghosts because the church told them not to believe in ghosts.
The church told them not to believe in ghosts out of fear that a ghost might actually communicate the truth about the afterlife, which does not include hellfire and damnation. Without hellfire and damnation, the control of the church -- in politics, finances and personal life -- is threatened.

Yes, there are spirits and the evidence for paranormal events is overwhelming to dismiss. Do I understand how it all works? Nope. But I do believe in "ghosts" and "angels".

No, just the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit. There are familiar spirits that work with the power of the devil that can mask a person who has died.
