Well you are on your way Jay to getting those abs. The problems is what you want will require you lose more weight. You can't what they call spot reduce meaning you can't just lose weight in a certain area that you think is a problem area. Your body doesn't work that way. So what you will need to do to get those abs is no, not do sit-ups until you are blue but, to continue to loose weight while doing some sit-ups and working other areas of your body. The first thing you are doing is right is you are working out. The second thing you will have to do is go on a diet, one low in fats and carbohydrates but, one rich in protein. If you are working out you should have one gram of protein for every pound that you weight so 75Kilos is about 160-165lbs. So you will need 160 grams of protein. The protein will help you build muscle. The more muscle you have on your frame the more calories your body will burn at rest. This will help you loose fat. The more muscle you can put on your body the better off you will be. To put on muscle weight it will require you lifting heavier weights something that you can handle 4-6 repetitions. This will require your muscles lots of rest so your routine will have to be spread out over the course of the week. On day one you will concentrate on your back muscles only. On day two you will do your chest and shoulders. On day three you will do your legs muscles only. On day four you will concentrate on your arm muscles. Everyday you should do some cardio i.e biking, treadmill walking or running, stair climber etc for at least 20minutes each day. And you should do your abdominal muscles every other day. You should work out 4 days a week. Trust me lifting heavier you will need those extra days of rest. If you follow this routine and watch your diet and start next week by April or May you will be where you want to be. The most important thing is to not get discouraged. I was a lot like you. I was overweight and my stomach was flabby and I wasn't really happy with myself. But, I figured out if I can get into the gym 4 days a week and work out for about an hour or hour and half that I will get the results I wanted. Plus working out is good for your mental health as well. So just keeping working out and make it a daily part of your life. You will see results. OK, I hope this help and do take care.

Because the stomach protects many internal organs it is usually the last place that the body wants to release the fat from. You mentioned that it has already started getting smaller-that is a very good sign.

Shake up your workout routine a bit. Although you can't spot reduce you can tighten your ab area with targeted exercises however, you will probably be better off adding a bit of weight training in. The extra muscle will help you burn more calories per day so it can help burn more fat. As you continue to burn fat your stomach area will continue to get smaller. Remember though as you are reacher closer to your goal you want to slow the weight loss down. Otherwise your skin won't be able to shrink quickly enough and you will be left with saggy skin. And the only way to get rid of that is through surgery.

Continue to eat well with enough protein for your muscles.

You can gone so far already, and have accomplished so much, just continue sticking to a good lifestyle, add a bit of weight training in, a few targeted exercises like V-up, push-aways and the bicycle and you will get there.

Congrats for what you have already accomplished!!

first of all, 71 is not a good weight. but then, what do you mean by kilos?

do you do sit ups? if not, then i think you should be doing that. you probably don't like doing it, but i think you should start doing them. hope this helps.
