Since I live in North San Diego Country reeling from a hot humid
dry summer, yesterday the weather dropped and we entered a very cold chill, from hot to a cold stormy rain in a matter of a day and the weekend calls for snow to drop in the grapevine and on some mountain passes.. Another unusual thing happened in Spaceweather, there were no sunspots! nothing, no sunspots on the sun was one thing determined to cause the Little Ice Age...
http://www.spaceweather.com/images2007/21sep07/midi512_blank.gif-BLANK SUNS: The sun has been blank--no sunspots--for 14 consecutive days. It's a sign of solar minimum. If forecasters are correct, the absolute rock bottom of the solar cycle will come in March 2008. Is this exciting? In a sense it is. The blank days we see now herald a sea change to come in March when the sun transitions from a quieting star to an increasingly active one.
Man does not control weather GOD controls everything...

Here in my place rain coming for last two days and continuing. In many parts of the country there are even floods.

Well I do not know about other faiths, but as per my faith........Without God's Will even a leaf will not move.
This I firmly believe.

Sunny and warm, low humidity, slight breeze. Rather nice.

"Since I live in North San Diego Country reeling from a hot humid

You are proof that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

The sun indeed affects our weather. But, attributing it to the manipulations of a supreme being is pure fantasy.

BTW----I never said that regular cycles don't sometimes effect the Earth......you are accusing me of saying something I didn't and have continued to argue now with an imaginary statement.

Warm in the days, cold at night. I work in a/c, so I am frozen like a popsicle when I get off, and then wish I had this a/c later on. I go to bed a bit warm, and wake up shivering. I can't wait for winter, when I can snuggle under the blankets.

It's about 14 degrees (Celsius) overcast, grey and very windy. The forecast is for heavy rain. Oh, how I love Suffolk and England in the Autumn.

Oh, and if God controls everything, how come he doesn't control me? And exactly how big is this God? The universe is quite large and would take a lot of controlling - wouldn't it be better to just let it get on with being itself on its own?

God! Controlling the Sun! Do you REALLY believe that or are you just saying it because it helps you cope with how ineffective you are when it comes to the Sun or the weather?

it replaced into cooler the previous couple of days because of the fact it merely rained incredibly stressful here besides the undeniable fact that it is slightly warmer at present. which sucks. i like chilly climate. it is probably the comparable temperature here yet that's Louisiana so it is not any longer very cool as quickly as fall starts.

Mild and a bit overcast in the IE (951).

A welcome relief from the triple digit heat of recent weeks.

I am not looking for the "wonders in the heavens", I am waiting and watching for Jesus' return. Do we really need "wonders in the heavens" to tell us it's near?

god is a myth like all the other gods before "him."

Only the fool cries "it's the end of the world" at every little thing that goes differently than expected.

Oh no, my stool was looser than usual..... it's a sign that on December 12, 2021 jesus is coming back.
