any idea, is this a good plan cereal diet of http://www.kraftfoods.com/posthealthyclassics/mm_shreddedwheat.html whole grain shredded wheat type cereals and organic cereals with milk and fruit a day would that be okay.

Sounds okay, but a little too starchy for my taste! Check out the Atkins Diet. I lost forty pounds, and I never went hungry. But, check with your physician first!

Well,Cereals will make you feel full and it contains nutrition value.. It is good for breakfast! As for lunch or dinner,please eat solid food,for example.(half a bowl or rice or noodles) with vegetables.
