Thank you for being curious, I encourage questions!!
1. who am i? (and what am i worth) ----
I am a mother of two wonderful children, a wife to a great guy, an employee (a good one, I hope), smart, kind, sometimes funny... I guess I'm a lot of things! I think I'm worth quite a bit!
2. where did i come from? ---
My mother (and my father). But cosmically, who knows? I believe in evolution and I think the big bang is plausible. Honestly, I don't really care where I came from!
3. why am i here?
To live life and love as much as possible.
4. where am i going when i die?
Since I'm not fully an atheist (agnostic) my view is simply that I have no idea. It could be that I don't exist after I die, it could be something else. But I don't worry about it because no one knows for sure. People claim they know 100% for sure but anyone of any religion can say that and they all have different answers.

Why are those "great" questions? Some people may consider them to be, but on a scale of 1 to 10, I wouldn't rank them.
That may have been over the top, but in all honesty they are not a heavy consideration (or any for that matter) in my mind.
1. Me, a human organism - worth 1.50USD in component materials, valuable to employers, loved by family.
2. My mom and dad, this is not a sex ed class sorry. Ultimately, evolved over time, super-ultimately, an 11-D membrane collision produced this "universe" among others.
3. This connotes that there has to be a reason why or a purpose, I don't "see" evidence of either.
4. Nowhere, I'll be dead.
Edit:
Grrr, I read the question text and not the tag-line.
Evolution is not a world view, it is not a faith nor is it a religion. It is not a philosophy.
It is a science (more appropriately a scientific model with many branches of science studying it) and deals with facts and evidence, and as such is as valid as chemistry or physics. It has a massive amount of supportive evidence and "evolutionist" finding are reviewed for accuracy and explanation of fact, not on belief and personality. While "believers" may look at evolution as a matter of "faith" to be believed in or not, the truth is that it is a matter of proven facts and belief will not affect that.
Edit 2.
Science does indeed explain quite a number of things, despite your assertion. In faith or theology you are free to believe what you wish. In science, assertions are based on facts and evidence, no belief or faith involved. Try this exercise: Get a glass of water, believe that it is not H20 but that it is HCl; observe, did it change to Hydrochloric acid? No, your belief did not change the facts.

I am an evolutionist AND believe in a higher power. Evolution and science just explain HOW God created us and everything on this earth and universe.
1. I am Samantha and I am worth whatever I feel at the moment. I can be worth nothing or worth everything... depends what I choose.
2. I came from my mama. Someone didn't just blink and I arrived, I came from 2 1/2 minutes of lovemaking.
3. I am here because my mom and dad were horny. I chose my purpose to help as many people as I can. I love the elderly and I love animals.
4. When I die, my body will be recycled back into the earth and my soul will inhabit another body (reincarnation). Hopefully I'll be more enlightened by then.
Good questions! Keep 'em coming! **hugs**

Why should you be concerned about stupid questions when for your "Four Great Questions", you asked five? You decided to provide stupid answers, so by your criteria, you are ignorant.
1. Who am i? novangelis (I have other names that identify this specific human.)
1a. What am i worth? Whatever I can do with my life.
2. where did i come from? The universe, supernovas, and the planetary disk around a star. (The stork has some technical issues.)
3. Why am i here? I'll decide.
4. Where am i going when i die? My mass will remain, but my neurochemical self will cease to be.

You think because I believe in evolution I might not believe I have worth? With all due respect your view of me and those like me is remarkably arogant. I do believe in evolution and I do believe in God. The difference between us is I do not place limits on God. I do not read any of teh ancient manuscripts (such as Genesis) and agree that we have defined how God works. I am more thatn aware that we are far too simple to fullly understand the ways of the creator. I have no problem believing that somehow we are the most recent result of a long and still ongoing process of creation that brings us ever closer to the creators image. If we are already there thaen we have limited our belief in God.

Well, I don't know how to answer in a way that you'll find acceptable. Especially with #2. You don't want the most logical answer? Then what do you want?
Look, it's nice that you think your religion holds happy answers to all of these questions. But don't mistake that with scientific fact.
Besides, there really is no "evolutionist worldview." It's not a religion with strict rules to follow. "Evolutionists" come from all walks of life, so you're bound to get different answers. Even the Catholic church accepts evolution.

It's OK to just not know, be good now and find out later when you're supposed to find out. Just because you appreciate the science explaining evolution doesn't mean you're an atheist.
Edit-
I read your additional details and still don't think that anyone's "facts" or "opinions" are going to answer your question.

Right ...
1. who am i? (and what am i worth) I am the Mother of my children and the Daughter of my Parents. I am my Husband's Wife and God to my dog. Oh, and I'm me, too. Worth? Apparently about £1's worth of chemicals and I own a nice handbag.
2. where did i come from? When two people love each other very much ..... blah, blah, blah ....Me!!
3. why am i here? Because it's raining and the washing machine hasn't finished yet. Tomorrow I may be somewhere else.
4. where am i going when i die? Cambridge University - I've donated my body to their anatomy class.
I firmly believe that these are sensible answers to absolutely unanswerable questions that are largely irrelevant, too. Oh, and NOBODY KNOWS what happens when you die. Nobody! Nobody at all. That's because dead people can't tell you. No, really.

Sounds like this was peeled from venomfangx's hindend...
Anyway, the real answers are
1. A human who happens to be, due to good fortune and ingenuity, in a dominant position over the rest of the animal kingdom.
2. We do not know where we came from originally, we have theories, we have guesses (cough*faith*cough), but we really don't know.
3. We also don't know
4. We also don't know
I hope that answers your questions!

Okay, here it goes.
1.) I am Squirrel (want my true identity? come to my 360 page)
2.) I came from my parents
3.1) I am here to answer questions
3.2) I am on this earth (I assume it's what you actually meant) to continue the species
and last but not least;
4) Well, I hope to go to heaven (and before you ask, I am an evolutionist, but I'm also Christian).
Well, there we go. I answered them seriously and honestly. Hope it helps.
