The best revenge is to live your own life to the fullest, be happy, successful and honorable. If your ex really cares at all about your thoughts (not likely by the way, nothing personal - just reality) then he/ she may try to make amends and you definitely should not be regretting any silly mistakes you once thought were revenge. Just set the anger free and move on.

Totally ignoring them and having no contact with them is the best revenge I have found it makes them absolutely nuts thinking about you and they wonder how you got over them so easily..

ignore them - to take revenge shows you put energy into doing something to make them feel bad which honestly make YOU look like the fool
