The community education courses sponsored by your local junior colleges, or technical colleges usually have quarterly courses, call them, ask. Then if you have a community food co-op, they have also monthly newpapers that sponsor many wonderful cooking courses here in Wa.

Have you tried your local community center? have you tried the library's message board?? At my local library they always have flyer's and notes posted for different classes/hobbies.
