I tried on my bridesmaid dress today, and the top is about two to three inches to big! The wedding is tomorrow! it fit perfectly two months ago! What can I do?

Another vote for safety pins. Because just the top is too big, you can start just below the armpits of the dress and gather in the side seams. pin the seams so that the dress fits, and if you angle the new line, the new line will blend in with the existing line in the dress. (i.e. start out by taking in an inch on either side and then gradually let that inch get smaller and smaller until it blends in with the original seam.)

If the dress is silk, satin, or any other heavy fabric, no one will ever notice the safety pins.

I would definitely try using a safety pin or two. All you need to do is make sure it looks reasonably okay for the wedding ceremony. Once you get through that, you could salvage the reception portion of the event by adding a pretty scarf or shawl across the top. That way no one sees the safety pins from up close and personal. Good luck!

either wear two bras(if possible) or you can try pinning it along the seams on the inside of the dress. if the dress has gathers or pleats it will be easy to hide. if not take it in under the armpits and it shouldn't be noticeable... good luck

take it to the cleaners right now and have them alter it for you on the spot, or get some one to safety pin you in the back.

Express alterations or go up a bra size and extra pads in the bra.
