It's so bad, I even get turned around in shopping malls. I can never find my car in parking lots, and driving out of town, is out of the question. It kept me from going to college. I'm 50 years old and sick of it. I've always had inner ear problems since birth. Someone told me that it could be related. Any truth? I know that it effects more women than men. I saw that on T.V. Help and thanks in advance for caring enough to answer. Val

Can I tell you that I know EXACTLY how you feel. This along with PTSD from a car accident left me pretty much limited to where I felt comfortable going. I limited myself to one college in my hometown and was terrified to find employment out of my comfort zone. I've missed so many opportunities and I was finally sick of it. I actually went and bought a GPS for my car. It was $500 (I financed it from Best Buy) and it was the best $500 I've ever spent and ever will spend. It's changed my life in so many ways. I was even able to move to a big city, which I would have NEVER done a couple years ago. Of course, this wasn't an overnight cure, I had to gradually step out of my comfort zone but my TomTom made that possible. I know I'm a complete stranger but trust me on this, it will change your life. As far as the parking lot and malls and stuff, I always park outside of the same store, every time. Even if the spot is a mile away!

Luke one million:40 six, 40 seven interior the Magnificat, she is quoted as saying the God is her Savior. If she had no sin, why might she want a Savior? Mary replaced into maximum commemorated between women individuals, yet she nevertheless mandatory a Savior. It replaced into the fruit of her womb that replaced into the stainless theory. or maybe then, she got here to the Temple afterwards to furnish a sacrifice for birthing.

Start with trying to remember markers or natural landmarks for point of reference. You know that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, if it is afternoon and the sun is to your left you know you are facing north...etc. etc.

when in a parking lot look at the light poles they are usually marked with a number.

When driving the GPS device is good, but for little things like parking lots and such just use common sense.

I can't help you gain a sense of direction, but I can suggest you get a GPS navigation tool. TomTom is one, but there are others. Plug in your destination address, and you can get turn by turn directions on how to get there.

If you want to go off-road, you can also take a handheld GPS. See the Garmin link below.
