sometimes people dont wanna hear the REAL answer they simply want reassurance because they know in their mind what the answer is, or they THINK they know what the answer is so the only reason they ask it here is because they want people to "back them up"...thats all.. tell em what they dont wanna hear and they might get pissed and lash out.

They want a particular answer and if you don't give it, they over-react. Do what I do - after answering a question, don't go back to look at it, because your feelings may get hurt if the asker attacks you. I don't go back to my answers because my own life philosophy is- never look back!

Because some people are just miserable by nature, and they get their jollies by trying to make other people miserable too.
Also it's a little bit of people that think they are so smart and think that they can show it off by demeaning the opinions and answers of others.

you can look at it both ways .i find that on YA more answerer's are likely to insult and Criticise the asker (at times i`m guilty of it myself when answering questions from bigots and haters) its not an attractive habit from me or anyone else .if we have nothing constructive to contribute then we ought to keep our opinion to our self
unfortunately airing our unwanted opinions seems be part of our nature

There are a LOT of sad and lonely people in this word seeking attention or vengeance for their pathetic lives - - they get it by acting up in here because it is 'safe' and there are no repercussions.

Obviously they don't like the answer. Pretty juvenile.

Probably because they just want to have their preconceived notions confirmed rather than actually learning.
