Jesus said this:

Jesus' invitation is still open today. All it takes is a mustard seed of faith and a humble prayer from the heart.

I guess you could do what most of America does and stuff a cheeseburger in your face
I wouldn't recommend that, though
I usually clean, it helps me when I'm stressed
