We sometimes forget that forgiveness is a choice not a feeling. Forgiving someone is for your benefit because i firmly believe that when you hold on to anger or hurt it not only affects your emotions but also your physical body. You're not saying what they did was okay, you're choosing to let God handle it and not letting it effect how you live your life.

Should we forgive Non-Christians for all they have done wrong?

You should forgive them, or anyone else, for things done specifically to YOU. You cannot forgive anyone for what they've done to another...that's not your place.

If you've been hurt by them, then WHY NOT forgive them? Carrying a grudge around just makes you bitter.

I understand your question, however, you might be ovelooking one fact.
The founder of Christianity once said:
"Many will say to me, ‘Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness."
Point being:
Many people professing to be christian, aren't!
Jesus would refuse to recognize them.
The Apostle Peter said the same thing
" After my going away oppressive wolves will enter in among YOU and will not treat the flock with tenderness, and from among YOU yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things." Acts 20:29.
Make sure those you wish to condemn are genuine christians.
