Just do it if the moment feels right. Maybe she lost interest since you took too long? Thats how most girls are, they will wait for you to make the move but will lose interest fast if it takes you forever to get the balls to do it! You will know if she's not interested if she doesnt look you in the eye while talking to you, crossing her arms and leaning away from you, signs of deseption so just read her body language and go from there. Good luck!

If you guys are friends then she probably wouldn't get mad at all. I think a better idea than the sudden kiss, however, is a spur-of-the-moment date. It doesn't even have to cost any money. Just ask her to go to the beach or the park with you. You could ask her to the movies or if you only see each other at school, you could tell her that you'd love to go with her somewhere, like the mall. If she says yes, then you'll have a better idea of whether or not she feels the same way about you, and a kiss would be much more appropriate.

You didn't mention how old the two of you are which would make a big difference.

But if you are old enough to be having this sort of relationship then you should be getting some signals one way or the other from her. Instead of just grabbing her nad surprising her with a kiss that may not be welcome, why not slowly get closer to her and see if she backs away. Maybe touch her hair or her cheek and see how she reacts to that first, then you should know how she would react to a kiss.

But just grabbing her and kissing her could cause some serious trouble.

I would definitely be a little upset if you just suddenly, out of the blue laid one on me. You don't specify, however, if the girl in question has said she likes you or is in a relationship. These factors contribute to whether or not she will get mad if you kiss her. You can go for it if you'd like, I wouldn't recommend it, just don't do it at work!

Yeah, I would get mad if I didn't actually like you. Maybe ask her out to see if she does like you. But I reccomend doing it without being noticed that you're actually asking her out. Just say "We should hang out sometime" Or something along the lines of that. If she agrees, ask about seeing a movie or something a week later or so. But be sure to invite another couple with you guys when you go there. That way it will technicall be a double date. :D

All the signs are there:
1. You told her you like her without hearing it back
2. Soke several times but haven't had a GOOD conversation
3. You barely speak now and it doesn't seem to bother her
4. She is older than you

I don't think that she would have a good reaction to your kiss, but I could be reading this whole situation wrong

I new this guy who liked me and I just wasn't sure about it. well one day he came to hang out and out of no where he asked me if he could kiss me I was so taken back that i could not talk so he just looked at me and kissed me. It was the best kiss I have ever had and we are still together today and that was like 2 years ago

I understand what you are saying, but first off, why would you want to kiss somebody that is not interested in you? There are too many fish in the sea for that. But if you really like this person and want to take it further, then go out one night, see what happens, and then lean in to smack one on them. Whats the worse than can happen, a smack? lol......maybe!! But hey if its worth it, and if it doesn't go the way you want, you may loose the friendship completely!! Just think it out!!

If she had not said to you "I like you too" and you suddenly kissed her, she has every right to be mad at you. Kissing someone is a very intimate display of affection. If it does not envolve two willing, consenting partners, it is intrusive and disrepectful. An apology is in order here.

Oh dear, i would get a little mad perhaps, but i'd be more despaired cause i wouldn't know how to react around you anymore and if i didn't actually like you, i'd worry about hurting your feelings or how you'd take rejection. At least that's how i'll take it.
