Just wondering. I can't imagien that they would ever feel good about themselves whether they refrained, or got married, or carried on with relationships and prayed away the sin after.

I am not gay and never have been, but I feel like I want to answer this question anyway. I did not commit the sin of homosexuality however, I am still a sinful person. Do I feel good about myself for refraining from sin of any kind- NO , I thank God for saving me from sin, and giving me the strength to not fall into that sin again. Whenever I am struggling with a sin issue, even today as a Christian- I will worse about myself because I know it is not the way God has created me.
