Ok I am waiting for a response from those with brighter minds. whimper...sorry for the 'dumb' question.

My computer also does not recognize audio programs that were sent to me via email by my supervisor. (case notes which i must hear and document). This is a new job- I can't expose my ignorance!! I have followed prompts. to no avail. any suggestions???

I have an email waiting to send asking " Ok how do i make Address labels?" I have not sent it --the word will get out!!!

If you have MS Word you can do it via Word. I only use XP so can't speak of Vista.

In Word goto Tools --> Letters and Mailing --> Envelope and Labels

Hope that Helps.

You can use video to DVD converter to help you. It's available for window XP and similar to DVD maker. With the video to DVD converter,I had made many DVDs successfully and all the DVDs achieve my expectation effect. It's user interface is very friendly and fast.I learnt it quite breezily.I can share them with my family and friends with DVD player smartly. It not only can convert and burn avi,wmv files to DVD standard format, but also can supports other popular formats, such as,flv,mp4,mpeg,mov etc. Wish it helps!

typically label stuff is done by Adobe. Although they don't have the monopoly on that.

You might want to take a look through

If it is adobe.. Than look under
c:\program files\adobe

if it's anyone else. it typically would be under
c:\program files\*******

The *'s obviously represent the name of the Software manufacturer. ie.. adobe. sunsoft.. etc.
