i have a credit score of 544 and it is getting better and better but am in need of a loan to change 2000.00 a month to less i have three small loans with high % rates if i had one with the same rate i can repair my life and i do have property to back the loan.

Do mean your mortgage is 2000$ a month and you want to refinance?
There are subprime direct lenders that are reputable and have managed to stay in business. If you mean a small loan of $2000 that does not have a high interest rate it might depend on who you borrowed from.
