I am a 20 year old guy and I really like this 36-37 year old women at work. Wev'e known eachother for a few months now and we get on really well and we can talk to eachother about anything. Iv'e flirted with her a bit as I like her in that way and I think she now knows that I like her. I go out of my way at work just to talk to her too.
Do I have a chance at all and do women in their 30's consider dating a younger guy?? Do you think the age gap is a problem too?? Like a younger guy dating an older women.
What could I do to make her like me in that certain way if anything?????? I really like her but maybe we should just be friends at the moment and go from there....
She always smiles at me whenever she sees me even if it's across the room and she will always come up to me and start talking to me or say 'hi' etc...
Maybe it's just her good natured personality but how can I try and make her like me in that way if it's entirely possible?
any advise would be much appreciated. thanks!

sounds great , but get ready because she will eat you alive! women not get on peek until about this age men peek between 16/25 so its about right have fun!

First off, know you are truly feeding this woman's ego! Wow! To have a 20 yr old find you attractive at 37! The most you could hope for is probably just a sexual affair, because I do believe there is too much age gap. If a 37 yr old is interested in a 20 yr. old, she's going to be trying to do so to maintain her youthfulness, but there can't be a future for you. I don't see how as both are at a different time in their lives. If you want to see what develops, only if she is single, (NOTmarried), ask her if she wants to go for coffee or a beer, and if she says yes, you can get to know her better and really tell if she wants to date you. If she says no, don't be disheartened and feel good she wants you as a friend. Good luck!

Many women like younger men. I dated a woman in her 40's when I was your age. The problem is maturity. Most women will not commit to a long term relationship to a younger man unless he shows a great deal more maturity than his peers.
Sounds like you have just a little more growing up to do, as you can not "make her" like you in any way. Just ask her out. If she is interested, she will say so. If she is not, then she will probably be nice about saying no.

First, watch your mouth: calling us old women in their 30's!
I think that if you really like her, that you should go and talk to her. She'll be flattered if anything.
Then, who knows, she may even fancy you, but you won't know if you only keep looking at her from afar and someone else with more courage than you would sweep her off her feet in front of your very eyes.
So, go get her tiger!

I'm sure she would be flattered that such a young man finds her attractive. I know a lot of women in their 30's & 40's who have dated a guy your age, but it's usually nothing long term. You are at very different places in your lives, and she will know it, so don't be hurt if she isn't interested seriously in you.

she might just be nice or it might be more than that, leave a note at her work space and ask her if you 2 can go out some time, it might be childish but you will get an answer, there's nothing wrong with the age gap

you have nothing in common except sex.
a 37 year old woman has had a lot more life experience than you, different interests and ideas.
be friends, and get over the other stuff... find someone nice your own age... in fact, date a few.

do you want kids? does she?
can you support her? will she support you?
do you just want a fling with her? is that what she wants?
do you want to marry her? is she looking for someone right now to marry?
if you two are looking for the same things.. go for it
