I would give a kidney to anyone who needed it, given i don't have to pay for the surgery. Sorry, im pretty tight with my money, but i have 2 kidneys so you could have one of those. LOL ;)

yes, in fact I did, I donated a kidney to a little girl about five years ago, she is growing and doing very well now, I get a christmas card from her every year.
