Ignore all the people telling you not to drink or get drunk. There's nothing morally wrong with ignoring a stupid law like the drinking age or with testing your limits.
Two words love: PJ. Okay, it's really two letters. What you'll need is some everclear, vodka, and some fruit juice.
Just make sure you hide your car keys.
PS: I'm slightly drunk even as I type this.

The real question is why are you for you first time using alcohol seeking to abuse it? If you are indeed using alcohol for the first time, it's far better and certainly more responsible to do it moderately. Each person is different in the way they process alcohol. Size, weight and metabolism are all factors that determine the speed at which we absorb and process alcoholic beverages. Drink too much too fast and you are risking your life to be sure. Moderation is the key. Get to know how you function at low doses of alcohol. The way you seem to want approach your first try is indulge in "binge" drinking which is a very bad usage pattern. Drinking for the sole purpose of getting drunk is ILL ADVISED. Slow your roll my young friend. THINK and ACT responsibly.

It sounds like you are pretty young, and trust me, your first time getting drunk, you do not need a strong alcohol. You should just take it easy, because if you don't, you're going to end up sick and throwing up and regret it all.

If you're planning on getting drunk for the first time then take my advice and do it indoors. You dont want to be drunk and running around the streets not knowing what you're doing.
I'm not going to preach to you and say dont do it cos I know what young folk are like. I would say have some cider and stick to the same drink all night. You run into problems and make yourself sick when you mix drinks i.e. drinking wine and beer and spirits together.

If you are drinking for the first time, anything you like will do it!
Don't overdo though, alcohol poisoning is NO FUN..and deadly!
Try some nice rum. or if you are hell bent on destruction long island teas do the trick!

If it's your first time, anything honestly...your body is not use to alcohol. I'd suggest staying away from the super heavy stuff like 151 because it sneaks up on you very fast......esp if you have no tolerance built up.

You don't need a strong alcohol to get drunk. You will most likely get so sick that you will want to die.
